Job Description

As a Workforce Training Specialist, you will develop and implement training programs designed to enhance employee skills across various roles. You will assess training needs, create materials, and facilitate engaging sessions that promote professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge through surveys and focus groups.
• Implement innovative training methods such as workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
• Monitor participant progress and provide necessary follow-up and support.
• Assist in the development of e-learning modules for online training.
• Maintain accurate training records for compliance and reporting.
• Encourage a positive learning environment that fosters employee engagement.
• Evaluate external training resources and make recommendations for improvement.
• Support the HR team in managing the employee onboarding process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Training and Development or Psychology
• Postgraduate degree is desirable

Experience

• 5 years of experience in workforce training roles

• Instructional Design

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Certification in Instructional Design

Languages
