Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will use your analytical skills to assist in financial modeling and execution of transactions in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include preparing client presentations, conducting due diligence, and collaborating with team members to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling.
• Prepare client presentations and investment proposals.
• Assist senior team members in executing transactions.
• Perform market research and industry analysis.
• Assess risk and identify critical issues that might affect transactions.
• Liaise with clients and provide insightful advice on financial matters.
• Support the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions.
• Monitor market trends and inform the team of opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
