Join our dynamic team as a Plating Machine Operator, where you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our waterproofing machinery. Your role involves meticulous work to guarantee the quality of finishes applied to surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for optimal operation.
• Ensure safety measures are adhered to at all times.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment.
• Monitor production quality and adjust processes as necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs of machine settings and adjustments.
• Participate in safety training and workshops.
• Assist in training new employees on machine operation.
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve processes.
• Document production issues and help troubleshoot.

Requirements

Education

• Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a plus.

Experience

• Prior experience in operating machinery or working in a construction-related field is preferred but not mandatory.
