Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Biofuels Production Manager to oversee our biofuel production processes. The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of biofuels, oversee production operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and innovate production methods for improved efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the biofuels production process from raw material to finished product.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and environmental guidelines.
  • Develop and implement training programs for production staff.
  • Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and output.
  • Perform routine checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for production operations.
  • Engage with stakeholders regarding sustainability practices and initiatives.
  • Assess new technologies to improve production processes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to production team members.
  • Compile detailed reports for management on production outcomes and enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in production management within the renewable energy sector
