Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Survey Researcher to conduct field interviews as part of our dynamic research team. This role focuses on gathering qualitative and quantitative data through participant interviews, adhering to strict protocols, and ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Administer questionnaires accurately during field interviews.
• Manage your time effectively to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Engage with participants in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take detailed notes during interviews to support data accuracy.
• Attend team meetings to discuss findings and challenges faced during data collection.
• Utilize mobile data collection tools for efficient data capture.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy standards.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant degree in Social Sciences or Market Research preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in health-related research is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Qualitative and quantitative research methods

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
