We are searching for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee our online business operations. Your expertise should include digital marketing, platform optimization, and customer engagement strategies to enhance our online presence and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Direct the e-commerce platform's content and merchandising strategies.
• Utilize data analytics to inform product placement and promotional strategies.
• Foster relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance e-commerce capabilities.
• Train and mentor e-commerce team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Conduct A/B testing on website elements to improve user experience and sales.
• Coordinate with customer service to address online customer inquiries and issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing management

Technical Skills

• PPC Advertising

Certifications

• HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
