Job Description

As a Check Airman, you will oversee pilot training and evaluate pilot performance, ensuring all training programs adhere to aviation regulations. Your role is crucial in maintaining safety and efficiency in our flight operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and recurrent training for pilots and flight attendants.
• Perform flight checks to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Assess pilot and flight attendant performance and provide feedback.
• Make recommendations for improvements to training policies.
• Ensure the implementation of safety management systems.
• Participate in regular audits of flight operations.
• Develop interactive training sessions using flight simulators.
• Maintain high standards of safety and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with other training personnel for training development.
• Identify areas for training improvement based on performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in airline operations; previous experience as a Check Airman is preferred.
