IT Technician

Job Description

As an IT Technician, you'll be integral to our IT support team, troubleshooting issues, maintaining networks and systems, and assisting in the implementation of new solutions. We are looking for someone who can deliver solutions with a positive attitude and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and help desk assistance.
• Maintain and update inventory of IT assets.
• Support the rollout of new IT projects and initiatives.
• Help with user account management and permissions.
• Assist users with application and software issues.
• Work closely with vendors in the procurement of IT resources.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Networks
• Higher Certificate in IT is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or support role

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• VPN Configuration

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
