Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects from conception to completion in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Establish project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to discuss project status and updates.
• Utilise project management software to track project development.
• Assess project outcomes and ensure consistency with initial goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients and external partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a project management role in a similar industry

• Budget Management
• Agile Methodology

Soft Skills

• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
