Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments in molecular biology and biochemistry.
• Prepare reports and documentation of experimental results.
• Assist with project management and scheduling.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in biotechnology.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a research laboratory setting

Technical Skills

• Molecular Biology Techniques
• Data Analysis Software

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Effective Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CRISPR technology: Knowledge of gene editing techniques and applications.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP): Understanding of laboratory safety and compliance standards.
