Interior Design Coordinator

Job Description

As an Interior Design Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing design projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring that every project aligns with client expectations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to installation.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
• Work with design teams to create innovative solutions.
• Conduct site visits for quality control and progress assessment.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants throughout the project.
• Manage procurement of materials and furnishings.
• Evaluate and recommend design solutions based on budget and project scope.
• Maintain excellent client relationships through effective communication.
• Document project phases and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Master's degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in both residential and commercial interior design.

• Revit

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
