Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing campaigns and sales promotions tailored to online audiences.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product launches or marketing strategies.
• Work closely with customer service teams to handle inquiries and feedback.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the executive team and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields
• Preferably with additional coursework in e-commerce or digital marketing

Experience

• 5+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing roles

Technical Skills

• E-commerce Analytics Tools
• Content Management Systems (CMS)

Certifications

• Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP)
• Google Ads Certification

Languages
