Job Description

Join our team as a Photoengraving Printer and help us produce exceptional engraved images. You will be tasked with operating photoengraving machines, modifying images using software like Adobe Photoshop, and collaborating with team members to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare printing plates using various photoengraving techniques.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure print quality meets specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest engraving technologies and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with the pre-press team to align on project requirements.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation and output.
• Document processes and maintain accurate logs of production activities.
• Assist in developing best practices for image creation and production workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Relevant qualification in Printing or Graphic Arts is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in photoengraving or a related field.
