Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager based in Durban, you will lead our digital retail strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of online sales, marketing techniques, and customer engagement strategies. You will be responsible for driving our online sales growth and optimizing the digital customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Set and track performance metrics for all e-commerce activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to leverage social media in driving online sales.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences.
  • Facilitate communication between departments regarding e-commerce strategies.
  • Manage customer service functions related to online inquiries and sales.
  • Assist in the launch of new products on the e-commerce platform.
  • Ensure compliance with all e-commerce regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
