Job Description

We are searching for an HR Generalist in Cape Town who will support our daily HR operations. This role involves various responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Implement and manage employee well-being programs.
• Assist with payroll administration and compliance.
• Facilitate team-building activities and enhance employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is a plus

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar HR role
