Interior Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, be proficient in design software, and have a passion for transforming spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through to completion.
• Develop design briefs based on client requirements.
• Create and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Research and incorporate innovative design trends into projects.
• Assist in developing marketing materials and presentations.
• Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
• Mentor and guide junior design staff.
• Organize and oversee site visits and client meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Professional certifications in design software are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of interior design experience

Technical Skills

• Revit
• 3D Modeling

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Time Management

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional
• Certified Interior Designer (CID)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Intermediate
