Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Local Pharmacy Group, you will utilize your knowledge to assist patients with their prescriptions, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain a well-organized pharmacy. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring effective healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient medication therapy and suggest adjustments as needed.
• Conduct medication reviews for chronic disease management.
• Maintain an organized and efficient pharmacy workspace.
• Participate in health fairs and community events.
• Assist with the implementation of pharmacy improvement programs.
• Work with other healthcare providers to ensure multidisciplinary care.
• Help develop educational materials for patients.
• Process insurance claims for medications and services.
• Review and update pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities.

Requirements

Education

• BPharm or equivalent
• Further qualifications in clinical pharmacy is advantageous

Experience

• Preference for 3+ years in a retail pharmacy environment

Certifications

• Registered with Pharmacy Council
