Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving technical queries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for helping others are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Perform software installations, configurations, and updates as required.
  • Monitor and report on recurring issues to improve service quality.
  • Provide feedback to the development team on common client issues.
  • Maintain technical knowledge and stay updated with new tools and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or technical support roles
