Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be involved in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams on exciting projects that contribute to the growth of the electrical engineering sector, focusing on renewable energy solutions and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design projects from conception to completion.
• Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems.
• Implement best practices for electrical safety and sustainability.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review project plans and specifications, and provide recommendations.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in electrical engineering roles with a focus on automation
