Responsibilities
Support the office management team with various projects.
Organize and maintain documents related to administrative activities.
Update databases and spreadsheets as necessary.
Act as the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and clients.
Assist with end-of-month reporting and documentation.
Requirements
Education
Matric or equivalent qualification
National Diploma in Administration or equivalent is preferred
Experience
2-4 years of experience in a similar role
