Job Description

As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our administrative team. You will perform various clerical duties, manage correspondence, and assist with organizational tasks that ensure our operations run fluidly on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Support the office management team with various projects.
  • Organize and maintain documents related to administrative activities.
  • Update databases and spreadsheets as necessary.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and clients.
  • Assist with end-of-month reporting and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • National Diploma in Administration or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
