Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all IT support inquiries.
• Assist users with computer setup and configuration.
• Monitor helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on systems and devices.
• Establish and maintain user accounts in relevant IT systems.
• Provide feedback on potential IT improvements or upgrades.

• Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications (MCP, ITIL, or similar)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support
