Job Description

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for designing and executing innovative interior spaces that meet our clients' needs. This role involves a mix of creativity and technical skills, requiring you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring the highest quality of design.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their vision and lifestyle.
• Create mock-ups and 3D visualizations to aid client decisions.
• Oversee installation and final touches to ensure consistency with the design concept.
• Mentor junior designers to improve team capabilities.
• Evaluate and select sustainable options in material and decor.
• Participate in networking events to promote the firm and its services.
• Handle client feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Conduct post-project reviews to assess success and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Masters degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in interior design

• AutoCAD
