Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Analyst to help elevate our software quality standards. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing test plans, identifying bugs, and working collaboratively with the development team to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing activities with project managers and stakeholders.
• Adhere to industry standards and best practices in QA processes.
• Support the team in achieving QA goals and objectives.
• Train and mentor new QA team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in QA processes

Technical Skills

• Automated Testing (Selenium, Cypress)
• API Testing (Postman, Pivotal)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Continuous Integration tools: Familiarity with tools like Jenkins for CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Test Management tools: Experience with tools like JIRA or TestRail for managing test cases.
