• Coordinate with the content team to ensure that messaging aligns with design.
• Participate in design reviews and critique sessions.
• Assist in creating promotional materials and presentations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to the growth of the design culture within the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Prototyping Tools
• Accessibility Standards

Soft Skills

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Interaction Designer (CID)
• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group or similar

Languages

• English: Fluent
