In this role, you will analyze complex data sets, create reports, and support data-driven decision-making to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

• Support data-driven decision-making through analytical insights.
• Design and implement analyses that yield meaningful business insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance data collection procedures.
• Monitor data quality and develop strategies to improve data collection methods.
• Present findings to upper management in a clear and compelling manner.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on data analysis tools and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence

• Power BI

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
