Responsibilities

  • Assist employees with technical issues across various platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers.
  • Coordinate with external service providers as needed.

  • Prepare reports on IT support activities and issues.
  • Participate in IT projects as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Technical Skills
  • Desktop and server hardware
  • Software troubleshooting

Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
Languages
