Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate in Cape Town, you will manage clinical studies, working closely with investigators and research staff. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of quality and compliance, aiding in the development of new medical therapies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials.
  • Review and validate data collected from clinical sites to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in audit preparations and regulatory inspections.
  • Liaise with investigators and research teams to facilitate effective communication.
  • Identify and resolve logistical issues related to trial management.
  • Ensure timely communication of study developments to all stakeholders.
  • Support recruitment efforts for trial participants.
  • Facilitate collaboration between multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct training sessions for new research staff on trial procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably as a CRA.
