Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Kapok Machine Operator to oversee the production of kapok fibers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the textile industry and possess excellent attention to detail. The successful applicant will operate and maintain kapok processing machines, ensuring the production process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate kapok processing machines.
• Ensure machine operations are running smoothly by making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain machines through regular cleaning and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct quality checks to guarantee products meet company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional technical or vocational training in machine operation preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in machine operation, preferably in the textile industry.
