We are looking for an innovative Aerospace Engineer to work on cutting-edge projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be involved in designing, testing, and upgrading aerospace products.

Responsibilities

• Innovate on aerospace design solutions leveraging advanced engineering techniques.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects requiring engineering expertise.
• Conduct design reviews and provide direction to junior engineers.
• Assess the financial implications of engineering projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance.
• Mentor junior staff and assist them in their professional development.
• Oversee testing and validation processes for aerospace systems.
• Lead projects from conceptual design to production.
• Evaluate project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Document and report on project milestones to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace engineering or related field

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks
• MATLAB
• ANSYS

• Analytical skills
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified Aerospace Engineer (CAE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
