As the Creative Director at Creative Minds Studio, you will have the opportunity to shape our creative direction and influence our clients' projects. We are looking for someone with a strong portfolio in design and branding, capable of mentoring and guiding a team of creative professionals.

Responsibilities

• Guide the creative vision from concept to completion, ensuring a cohesive final product.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to synchronize campaigns with branding standards.
• Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills.
• Cultivate relationships with external partners and vendors for project execution.
• Implement feedback loops to refine and improve design outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• MBA or equivalent experience is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in the creative industry with a focus on leadership

Languages
