Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage in project planning and execution across various departments.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis.
  • Support the budgeting process and financial forecasting.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate training needs and assist in the design of training programs.
  • Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while working on projects.
  • Gather feedback from team members and provide solutions where necessary.
  • Assist in fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred.
Experience
  • Prior experience in a management role is advantageous.
