UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be crucial in shaping user experiences that delight our customers. You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive designs that meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to improve user experience.
• Create user journey maps to visualize user interactions.
• Assist in defining product vision and roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate design concepts.
• Identify user pain points and develop design solutions.
• Engage in ongoing learning to enhance design skills and understanding.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and user research

• Sketch

Languages

• English: Fluent
