Final Assembly Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a Final Assembly Worker to join our team and play a crucial role in the production process. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet quality standards, perform final assembly tasks, and assist with inspections before shipping.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly tasks and ensure product quality is maintained
• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery and tools
• Train new team members on assembly protocols
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals
• Assist in stock management and inventory control
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in production or assembly preferred

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a production or assembly role

Technical Skills

• Experience with hand tools
• Experience in quality control

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude towards learning

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles: Familiarity with efficient manufacturing processes.
• Experience in production line settings: Prior experience working in fast-paced production environments.
