Responsibilities

• Enforce healthcare policies and procedures.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Support patient care initiatives and service protocols.
• Work with medical and administrative teams to enhance workflow.
• Prepare reports on operational effectiveness and patient feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management is preferred

• 5+ years in a healthcare management role
