Seeking an IT Support Technician to enhance our tech support team in Bloemfontein. You’ll resolve IT inquiries, maintain hardware, and help implement new technologies. Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Support the onboarding of new employees in terms of IT resources.
• Monitor systems performance, providing feedback for improvements.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on all IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts and permissions across various platforms.
• Help in updating processes in line with the latest IT trends.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements in service delivery.
• Offer feedback on effective user training programs.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT support roles
