We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects in our Durban office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kick-off meetings and provide project briefings to team members.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and team management for project tasks.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and generate reports.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior project management staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• Certifications in Agile methodologies are an added advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in leading projects

Certifications

• PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)
