Join our team as an E-commerce Specialist in Durban. You will be responsible for managing online product listings and optimizing them for search engines. The ideal candidate should possess experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies. You’ll play a key role in driving online sales and enhancing customer experience on our platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve the user experience on the e-commerce site.
• Manage online advertising budgets and campaigns.
• Coordinate with logistics for effective order processing.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on e-commerce tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce best practices.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies based on market analysis.
• Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance metrics.
• Support product launch processes and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• MBA or relevant qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce

Technical Skills

• Facebook Ads Manager
• Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva: Ability to create visual content for marketing purposes.
