Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support queries.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Assist in software and hardware installations.
Maintain records of support services provided to users.
Participate in IT projects as necessary.
Support the development and execution of IT policies.
Engage in continuous personal development and training.
Requirements
Education
Relevant IT certification
Experience
2+ years in a similar role with hands-on experience in IT support.
