UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Durban office. In this role, you will focus on user research, interface design, and usability testing to enhance our digital products and elevate user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process from concept to completion for various projects.
• Create and maintain design documentation and style guides.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in designs.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on UX best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, with a strong portfolio

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time Management

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams to facilitate design sprints.
• Experience with design systems and style guides: Knowledge of creating and maintaining design systems for consistency.
