Join our Johannesburg office as a Tax Specialist where you will oversee tax compliance and advisory services. You will play a key role in preparing tax returns and assisting clients with tax planning strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has extensive knowledge of tax legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns for clients while ensuring accuracy.
• Advise clients on tax implications of business transactions and structure.
• Research and analyze various tax-related issues and guidelines.
• Help clients with tax audits and compliance inquiries from regulatory agencies.
• Provide training and support to junior tax staff.
• Prepare and review reconciliation of tax-related accounts.
• Ensure clients are informed of changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect them.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Postgraduate qualification in tax law is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in taxation
