• Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior management.
• Document all processes and models for compliance and audit purposes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Actuarial Science or related field
• Fellowship in an actuarial society is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in actuarial roles, preferably within insurance

Technical Skills

• Risk Assessment Techniques
• Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau)

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA)
• Certified Actuarial Analyst (CAA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
