Job Description

We are looking for a Hand Sizer to join our dynamic team. The Hand Sizer will be responsible for accurately measuring and grading products based on size, weight, and other specifications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed measurements of garment sizes to ensure fit accuracy.
• Collaborate with the design team to address any sizing issues.
• Utilize hand-sizing tools and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Compile reports on measurements and communicate findings.
• Participate in quality control meetings for feedback and improvements.
• Keep workspace tidy and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Train new employees on sizing techniques and equipment.
• Work closely with production to align sizing with manufacturing capabilities.
• Help in maintaining inventory records for raw materials and finished goods.
