Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and recommend improvements.
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and support decision-making.
• Work with project managers to integrate engineering solutions into operational plans.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Participate in the development of new product lines and processes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process optimization.
• Assist in conducting feasibility studies for new projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or operational excellence roles
