As a Student Success Counselor, you will work closely with students to guide them through their academic journey, offering personalized support and advice tailored to their unique needs. You'll play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to understand student needs.

• Develop and deliver training on effective learning strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in education, counseling, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Student Affairs would be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in academic support or counseling
