Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Technical Support Specialist to deliver high-quality support services. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, customer engagement, and collaboration with the IT team to address and resolve client issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries.
  • Resolve technical issues related to networks, hardware, and software.
  • Provide training and resources to clients to improve user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills.
  • Monitor user feedback to identify areas for improvement in support services.
  • Assist in the development of user guides and technical documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related role
