As a Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians to implement treatment plans. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities.
• Develop treatment goals in collaboration with patients.
• Implement and monitor exercise programs tailored to recovery needs.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation strategies.
• Work in tandem with medical staff to oversee post-operative care.
• Participate in departmental meetings to discuss case updates.
• Conduct workshops to raise community awareness on physical health.
• Train physiotherapy interns and facilitate their practical learning.
• Contribute to peer-reviewed articles on physiotherapy practices.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols in practice.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a high-paced environment preferred
