Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Researcher to elevate our user experience design efforts. The successful candidate will conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and translate findings into actionable insights, ensuring our products are tailored to meet user needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage in collaboration sessions with the UX/UI team to enhance product features.
• Translate complex user research into actionable insights for design teams.
• Conduct competitor analysis and user interviews to inform product strategies.
• Draft and maintain documentation related to user research processes.
• Support continuous feedback loops to ensure usability in iterations.
• Develop user testing protocols applicable to various project stages.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, or relevant field
• Masters in a related discipline preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in user experience research

Languages

• English: Fluent
