Join our Durban team as a Clinical Research Coordinator, where you’ll coordinate clinical trials and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research initiatives. Your role will involve overseeing patient recruitment, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring data integrity throughout the research process. We’re seeking detail-oriented individuals who have a strong interest in medical research.

Responsibilities

• Manage participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment for clinical studies.
• Develop and maintain study protocols and related documents.
• Conduct training sessions for research staff on protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure successful trial execution.
• Assist in the analysis and reporting of research data and findings.
• Facilitate effective communication between research teams and external partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Research are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in a clinical research role with project management experience preferred
