Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant to join our Port Elizabeth office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, communicating with clients, and supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming and organized.
  • Manage petty cash and assist with budget tracking.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on administrative processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
