We are searching for a skilled Chemical Engineer to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will focus on developing new chemical processes and improving existing ones. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all projects meet safety and regulatory standards while maximizing efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of new chemical formulations.
• Assess and improve product quality through laboratory experiments.
• Implement waste minimization practices and sustainability measures.
• Collaborate with project managers on timeline and budget estimates.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Ensure effective communication within teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering
